Tops

Choose fitted but not tight — something that shows shape without suffocating you.

  • Compression shirts (long or short sleeve)

  • Basic fitted t-shirts (Nike, Gymshark, Alphalete, Adidas, etc.)

  • Sleeveless tank tops (NOT oversized sloppy ones — clean cut)

  • Hoodies/Pump covers for warm-ups (lightweight gym hoodies)

Colors:
Black, white, grey, dark green, tan, navy.

Bottoms

They should let you move, look clean, and feel athletic.

  • Compression shorts (underneath)

  • Above-the-knee workout shorts (5"–7")

  • Joggers (tapered, no baggy ankles)

  • Tech fabric sweatpants (not cotton bulky ones)

Fit rule:
Slim, not baggy. Athletic, not skinny jeans tight.

Footwear

Shoes matter — they complete the “serious gym guy” look.

For weightlifting:

  • Nike Metcons

  • NoBull Trainers

  • Adidas Powerlift

For running/cardio:

  • Nike Vaporfly / Pegasus

  • Adidas Ultraboost

  • On Cloud

Accessories (Optional but aesthetic)

These add that clean athlete vibe.

  • Apple Watch or Garmin watch

  • Small silver chain (tucked in, not flexing)

  • Black lifting gloves

  • Lifting belt (only if you actually lift heavy)

  • Gym backpack (Nike, Adidas, or Lululemon)

Soft, stretchy, and sweat friendly:

  • Dry fit

  • Tech fleece

  • Compression material

  • Lightweight mesh
